Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of software engineering and development services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced on a specific milestone or deliverable.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. If a project is cancelled by the Client before completion:
- The Client is responsible for payment for all hours worked and deliverables completed up to the date of cancellation.
- Any advance deposits paid for uncommenced milestones will be refunded within 14 business days.
- Completed and approved milestones are strictly non-refundable.
If the delivered work does not meet the specifications outlined in the initial project agreement, I am committed to making reasonable revisions and bug fixes as defined in the scope of work, rather than issuing a refund.
