12,000 Users —
Still Building
In a space full of portfolio projects and tutorial clones, Shreyan Narula has done the harder thing: shipped. Four products. Real users. No institutional capital. Across an anonymous campus network, an AI career platform, a psychometric quiz funnel, and a sales learning tool, he has reached 12,000 people solving problems that actually needed solving.
The architecture is what sets the work apart. Ventlr runs on a zero-knowledge registration system — the platform cannot link a post to a user, cryptographically. GetHiredInX uses RAG pipelines to encode twenty years of recruiter expertise alongside LLM intelligence. These are systems built to last, not to demo.
Three years of building has produced a single operating rule: if the software doesn't feel inevitable — if there is a seam where a user must adapt to the product rather than the reverse — the job is not done.
Currently developing Ventlr's multi-institution rollout and open to the next challenge. If the problem is genuine and the stakes are real, conversations are welcome.
If the software doesn't feel inevitable, the job isn't done.
